The soul behind Atmaswarup
The name Atmaswarup carries a special meaning — the embodiment of soul. For me, this word is not just spiritual, it's personal. It comes from my school, where the foundation of my journey as an artist began. Naming my brand after my school is my way of expressing gratitude, because whatever I am today is rooted there.
My passion for photography started when I was just six years old, holding a small film camera gifted by my father. That childhood fascination grew into a lifelong calling — from capturing family weddings as a curious kid, to upgrading to a digital camera in 8th class.
To sharpen my craft, I trained at Photoartio School of Photography Art in Pune, dedicating five full years to learning, practicing, teaching and immersing myself in photography — working with Vivah Photos and teaching aspiring photographers along the way.
Today, I lead Atmaswarup Photos, with the largest studio in Marathwada (Beed) and services across Pune and pan India — specialising in wedding, pre-wedding, portrait, maternity, newborn and kids photography.
